Melissa L Straub Non-Denominational Minister, Florida Notary (Serving from Vero Beach to the Palm Beaches) I have been a resident of florida, specifically Brevard County, since the 70's, and have just recently relocated to Palm Beach County. Growing up with a muscian father, I was put in the spotlight at an early age and have always had a gift for public speaking. After attending a wedding in 2004 where the officiant was not only 30 minutes late, but the "cookie cutter" ceremony left much to be desired, I decided that officiating weddings was something I wanted to do. I have been performing weddings on the Space Coast of Florida since 2005 and love every minute of it. I consider it an honor each and every time a couple chooses me to officiate over their wedding and I take much pride in personalizing each ceremony to meet the specific needs of my clients. It would be my honor to  Guide You Through Your "I Do's."    Dona Grigsby Non-Denominational Minister Florida Notary (Serving Brevard & the Space Coast of Florida)  I am a native of Florida, born and raised in Miami so the beach is home to me.   In the past 20 years I have owned and operated my own cafes as well as work for other companies in catering and that put me at weddings every week.  Six years ago when people were requesting chocolate fountains I decided to start a business. They became very popular. While doing a wedding I met a lady that was just starting a beach wedding business. When the economy took a turn, wedding budgets changed. People started getting married at the beach or at the reception sites. She became so busy she now needed help. When I was offered the opportunity to work with her as a wedding officiant I was thrilled, and immediately started learning all I could. Once I did my first ceremony I knew I had to continue. I take my "job" very seriously and strive to make each wedding as personal and memorable as if it were my own.  And now I do two things I love the best marrying couples and chocolate fountains. I am thrilled to now work with OYB as their officiant in the Brevard county office.
